The intensity of scare campaigns correlates with the chart looking primed for breakout. A classic Weinstein Stage 1 basing area. The risk/reward is extremely favourable so new faces are appearing (& reappearing) trying to enter but holders are reluctant to sell after being patient through the de risking.
