Andrew is a joint director (with a Mr Hodby) in Strategic Resource Management. Strategic Resource Management's holding of 13,217,736 was essentially split in half with 6,608,868 *yes divide that last big number by 2* with Andrew's half been split in half again, yep that is 3,304,434, half going to his Super Account and the other half into The Spinks Family Trust.

A director DID NOT DISPOSE 6m odd as you put it in a blatant attempt of fear mongering, rather Strategic Resource Management was 'reorganised' and presumably Mr Hodby's (the other joint Director) shares will turn up like Jaded pointed out in another entity - ie. Mr Hodby's.
