I'd think this also says he's expecting a lull between now and closer to the Marti and Alameda zone in Al-3.
Historically the share market goes into hibernation over Christmas period people sell to make ends meet and the big end of town are all on holidays so a good period to Hoover up weaker hands.
Good vote of confidence in the company direction though he's states $1bn within 3 years he's borrowing money to increase his exposure to that future he envisions!
