I personally think the success of A2 is the first time AP can use his MAY shares as collateral for a loan.
Before A2 no lender would take them.
Before A2 - AP had to quietly.sell $1 million worth of MAY shares to buy extra houses.
IMHO this AP move demonstrates MAY shares now have a real loan value rating.
AP is now demonstrating he doest need to use his own cash money anymore or has to sell any to create his own capitol.
AP would be delighted now His MAY shares have been accepted as a loaning tool. It's a credit to him to get a MAY share after all this time to have that loaning worth
AP always gets the cream.first in MAY.
it comes a point now he must also feed the shareholders.
