re: Ann: Change of Directors Interest - Appen... This HOA date is known for a while now, so it is a different story....
the Director cannot knowingly buy before a "GOOD" announcement or sell before a "BAD" announcement knowingly....if he has done that as a matter of co-incidence then he gets a benefit of doubt...
the timeframe is still 15 days...
this is from what I r'ber reading about it a couple of years ago...not exact words but this is the gist of it as I r'bered...
