What is important is that Simon is actually got his buying range set at .180-.185 you can tell from the orders so in a way he is supporting BCC's SP to not tank. Those orders for ~500-600k of shares is most likely his because that has been his buying price on the recent packages. I say this is a pretty good and altruistic way to see the SP not to retrace.
Due to conflict of interest clauses though prior to a material announcement we should see those orders pulled (if those orders are his when we see them removed it mean that BCC are within 7 days of releasing something 'price-sensitive'). This is a great indicator for incoming news!
