Got to take the kids to swimming lessons and then I'll be back. Then got work couple of hours after. Can't really scrap together an answer that will make complete sense. My feeling with the disposal probably won't to you and visa-versa.

The substantial holder and founder of the company selling (although relatively a small amount) into good news. He was buying into downward pressure before the last CR (on what could only be described as negative news - writedowns etc). They pulled off the CR with no issues and profit healthy + outlook looks great. Then he sells? Just to free up some shares for new holders and show his support for the company he built maybe six (6) months before he is due to exit the stage on retirement. Good luck with that. Seems to me that is a shenanigan. His family would be the main holders that, I would consider to pull off a slow accumulation of a company like this. But short-term (downward pressure on prices so that a short-term takeover manifests at a lower share price?), well if it is taken by the market in a not so kind view, then that could cap things in the short-term and play to his benefit in the longer-term.

Why would he sell now? He needs to buy his wife a new pair of diamond earrings and a dress to match? He doesn't have enough cash flow in his bank-account and under the bed at home? He had a car crash and needs some money for the panel beater? Let me know of course no one knows. Just IMO clowning around in the short-term. He should remain at all times #1 supporter, not give off uncertainty. But credit to him, what ever happens. Good luck to us all aswell.

What's your take on it. Nothing to see here?
