Agreed, especially considering he actually increased his overall holdings by 1.4 million shares.
If he thought they were duds he would have dumped everything. Greg's just covering his options costs ($900000) with a transaction which would have netted him 1'020'00. The difference will mainly be in handling the taxes with maybe a reasonable little chunk of money left over.
Smart move. Especially considering he basically just picked up 1.4 million shares for free by smartly trading them.
