Fair call, Tacair, I stand corrected. I was showing my ignorance. I do recall now skimming through the Explanatory Notes that were posted out, but to be honest didn't take much of it in. Earlier I was just feeling pissed off and feeling like letting off a bit of frustration. Who honestly isn't at least a bit pissed off by the SP performance this year? Even the directors who own shares should be.
