It is quite possible that he is the buyer lined up on .06, .05, .04 ect and his .06 got partially hit on the days you mention. $100 brokerage is not unheard of.
I wonder how that sits with trading rules though. If he has orders lined up and they get hit just before an announcement that he has prior knowledge to?
Dunno. All too hard for me.
