They actually have to purchase the 5mil options each. It will cost each Director $300,000 out of their own pocket to exercise them. I believe 6c may of been a little low but it was a way to get the Director in with their own money which I think is great. I would love to see them exercise the options before the price gets to 6c, that would be a good message.
