Absolutely. It is the status quo on the asx for directors to help themselves - no matter the performance for small holders. Corporate salaries are quite adequate, imo. Not a believer in these kinds of "incentives". Directors can do their jobs, like everyone else - or get fired.
Asx directors enjoy many of the perks that politicians bestow on themselves with even less scrutiny. It's a sad state of affairs.
