It's disgusting when directors help themselves, whilst shareholders are losing money. I'll be selling my small parcel and moving the cash to a company wherein the directors contribute their own money to support the company they are in - at market rates! I read that hotcopper posters were disgruntled about this "performance" plan - but a bit surprised that it was ultimately swallowed and accepted. Were they challenged at the AGM?
