You know how it is; most shareholders don't even read the stuff they mail out and don't vote. In that case doesn't the chairer of the meeting allocate the votes the way he sees fit? For sure most of the posters on this forum said they voted against the freebies. I certainly did. I wouldn't mind if they got performance rights for things like MMP approval, finance arrangement, offtake agreements, and commencement of mining, etc. That way I figure they've earned them and we stand to make money at the same time. The way it is now, they make the money while our holdings keep going down in value. If that's a fair system I'm a monkey's uncle!
