Don't waste your time mate - he's all shite. The $40m was raised at 21c in August 2019 in anticipation that acne Phase 2 would kill it (based on the excellent Australian results). It got up to 27c shortly thereafter. Institutional investors didn't get in so they could sell between 21 and 27c! When, because of manufacturing issues, acne Phase 2 wasn't a runaway success, some naturally took a back step knowing that it would take a couple of years for BOT to come back to Phase 3 and success (e.g. Argonaut). Enter Covid19 at the beginning of 2020, and we better understand the delays and price woes.
