Good observation??? It is merely the directors interests held by HSBC as custodian, the "nature of change" is specifically stated as transferring shares to the custodian to maintain sufficient security for a loan they have taken out against the shares.
HSBC merely acts as the custodian to ensure that the lender (which IIRC is not HSBC) can readily access the security upon default by the borrower (the director).
