So the directors have got their 'cheap' shares finally. Ironic that the discounted price of 3.2 cents they got in at represents a 23% premium to today's closing price.

Discounted shares going to directors is never a good look in a company that has not afforded shareholders any gains in a long time.

In my opinion, such preferential capital raising often has the effect of alienating shareholders and driving the price down. In the case of AD1, there has been little of late to spur buyers of this stock.

Directors should be buying on market in times like this.
