These look to me like "grant of Incentive Options" as per annual meeting, nil consideration paid. Not sure how much incentive it really is since conversion cost is only 1.9 cents each anytime up to nov 2023. and share price has been lots higher than this before. Conversion cost not that much higher than where it has been over the last 4-6 months. Just IMO.
