Perhaps @number3 (just a guess), it may have something to do with a bit of time pressure. KD is one of two of the directors with options expiring in April this year (Roger Harris is the other). Time's a tickin'... Things don't look good when these options expire worthless from a management perspective, and when it starts hitting them in the hip-pocket as well (personally and to the business itself), that also hurts.
Hopefully, shareholders will keep directors accountable - time will tell.
