What I am writing is that AA can slowly increase his percentage ownership without using his own funds. If HUM has the cash, over a three year period it could buyback about 27% of the company. That would increase AA's ownership of HUM without him outlaying a dollar from about 25% to 35%
It's not a theory just an option that AA has.
