...it was a an attempt via an SoA.....thats what takeover avenue AA is closing off by getting to 25% stake
takeovers could still work...just not via SoA....which the board and the arab previously worked out was the weak spot.....but they failed to realise AA knew how to influence shareholders better.....lol
