I was not aware that they were still using legacy in-house developed software. The new Meraki cloudbased software they will be using certainly looks good on paper. Time efficiencies, cost savings, more diversity and increases ability to be nimble - all great attributes in today's markets. Integration and staff training are in motion according to HUM CIO. Cannot complain about any of that - now lets see how it affects the bottom line.
