yes I agree with all of that. I guess I was commenting on the statement “takeovers could still work”, implying that a takeover could happen that AA couldn’t block. It’s just not possible, except by a partial takeover, which would be totally destructive to the company and make the infighting with the previous board look like kindergarten play.
