Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice - A Barlow, page-5

I hope it isn't true, as pumping and dumping is actually illegal. I don't suppose anybody has compiled a list of director 'trades' over the years with dates of crucial announcements added? It would be of benefit to see if this pattern rings true. I seem to recall a director was once even loaning his shares out to another party for some scheme or other which wasn't really of any benefit to any of his fellow shareholders.... Of course I could be wrong, but I do seem to remember something like that happening and thinking that this didn't seem to be ethical behaviour. I would be far happier if the company treated us minor shareholders with more respect and not purely as a cash cow to be milked on regular occasions.
