It is always good to see Directors buying, but the flip side is that it is still some time to go before we can expect any significant announcement. That the buying has started just now says to me that they know that there has been some sort of definite delay and it is thus "safe" for them (as Directors) to buy now.
I can wait, but have some cash that just wants to throw itself onto the buy button. Soon I feel.
