Mali ranked #2 for investment attractiveness, its not #1 but its close. The DRC is down with South Africa and Zimbabwe. The most common problem with these african countries is corruption and you cant trust them to do what they said they would re licensing or issuing of exploration licenses or changing the deal for share of ownership or royalties etc. I will stick with Mali thanks.
