Need to remember the generous ESOP terms they grant themselves - non-recourse interest free loans for the funds required to exercise the options
I personally find the recent 9.2m Performance Rights to be misaligned with shareholder interests. The low TSR cagr thresholds and weak operational hurdles are extremely poor.
It will be interesting to see they handle the first strike on their rem report.
