Well she is the CFO, pretty important position and she is dealing with the whole financing situation. Pretty much every other senior director is operational in background. Sales is more about finance than day to day selling in a lithium mine. In many quoted companies the 2nd highest rewarded director is the CFO. I ought to know I was one.
