    Most of the options were awarded in previous years, but the exercise structure for the option scheme is IMO one of the better around. Amanda and team actually need to perform for the options to be worth anything. As per below her 10m of options have a 60p to 80p exercise price (>A$1). The AIM share price got above 60p for a couple of days in April 2022 but from charts has never been above 70p.

    With a current AIM share price of 22.7p most of the options only start to have value with a 200%+ share price appreciation that would take the share price to all-time high's. The executive compensation while generous is also strongly aligned to keeping shares on issue lower so that if they can deliver enough value, the share price will get up to these all-time high levels. I'd also note that Amanda is both an executive director and CFO. Where the board needs input into anything financial, she is likely to be the go-to person.
