Now we are back to focusing on Volt and the money making game. Hopefully the vast majority of options will be converted. They are due by Dec 31st. Now we await news of the share price in early January when these 223m shares come on the market!


"Volt enters into agreement with Empire Capital Partners and Cove Capital to jointly underwrite 233,648,431 options at a $0.02 exercise price raising $4.7 million." The partners receive a 6% fee.
