    $40 million hasn't been 'raised' yet.....just. Prospectus at this stage....still need punters to believe the story.
    Only thing for certain at this stage, and that is someone is making a lot of money selling this Co 'sky blue' paint....it is obviously 'water-based'...but do think it is Dulux? ...or British Paints?
