Forgot to add, as part of this HSBC transaction he mentioned purchasing MAY at a later date, yet he waits 6 months to do it when the SP has cratered?
Now, if this was an everyday investor I would say terrific work, selling at the top and buying at the bottom is tricky at the best of times. But this is no everyday investor, this is the figurehead of the company who has access to far more information than anybody else...something smells.
