What this could mean is that for Directors to buy on market, they need to be out of a blackout buy period. To be OUT of a blackout period and be able to buy shares says to me that they are not in possession of any price sensitive info atm

No wonder we closed down and not up........that is if you are into ST thinking
a buy by a Director is good if you think LT
