A director can buy only certain times in a year. Now Purcell buying now tells you the drill has been delayed till next year. His buying to stabilise the share price. If the drill was coming up this month on a sensitive announcement Purcell could not buy due to insider trading
Him buying means his trying to soften the blow and add stability. No drill rig till next year and by then another cap raise. Pinocchio at his best
