Are these deliberate lies or are you just seriously seriously disconnected from reality? There isn't a blackout because anyone that has done even the slightest research knows the drill in planned for November. No blackout, no trading halt, just an announcement to let everyone know its commenced. He is free to buy and sell as he wishes. As for my initial question, I am backing deliberate lies.
