    yes...token buying is the right expression

    This is how it works with 100s of ASX companies:

    Sell a company to mug shareholders, knowing full well you could never sell it privately

    Use the money raised from said mugs to pay salaries

    Watch share price implode and then issue millions of new options at lower prices with no performance hurdles other than pitching up to work ( which you know will happen because shareholders are paying salaries)

    Raise money to continue paying said salaries

    Rinse and repeat
