Interesting, looks like Mr Waislitz has switched from buying TOP to buying TEK.

As a holder of both I agree with him, TEK seems to be at more of a discount. At least when it was 23.5 - 24 cents recently. Though APT's slight slide may dent the upcoming NTA, if it goes back to that level, it looks like the discount is as large as it has ever been.

Also, TEK has at least traded at or above NTA in the past - TOP, despite great performance, seems to consistently trade below NTA. Perhaps due to the high fees, but since the same applies to TEK, who knows..
