    I was not aware there was a Buy back in operation.

    But I also think that a directors interest is not a buy back they are different things.

    Directors interest change is his ''Own Personal'' investment in the company.

    A buy back would be the company buying its own shares.

    Its seems to me that our SP is going to be well undervalued after the next NTA announcement.
