As you point out the, lack of buyback usage, which would be an advantage to WE holders, I can only think he is using that arbitrage to his 'personal' advantage and not the general stockholder which is why I bought back in @ .18.
Heck if the company spent spare cash on buybacks that would not advantage him as much as he buying the same amount for himself. I dont mean to state the bleeding obvious but thought to explain what I meant. Updater was another that we lost to delisting interests.
Maybe the smartmoney people,NOT ME, in the market know him too well to support a listed entity.
So I think its a buy as the risk and NTA discount make itso under .19/.20 .I wouls expect the buyout price to be above .21 AT LEAST.
