re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... "Skin in this game doesn't mean anything."
The MD is no fool, he's not throwing good money after bad to prop anything up, he's buying whatever stock he can because he knows where this is going. And he has put a LOT of skin into the game. The company has invested $30m in developing independently tested, world-leading, patented supercharger technology that has all the wrinkles ironed out with products in the market. They have significantly superior performance to any competitive products and production costs are much lower. These superchargers have great potential not only in China and India, but right throughout the motorised world as "motor vehicle and motorcycle manufacturers increasingly turn to superchargers to help meet tougher vehicle emissions and fuel efficiency targets being set by governments globally, and the Sprintex supercharger achieves these two goals while ensuring that engine performance is not compromised." In fact, not only is performance not compromised, but as the independent tests show, is considerably enhanced.
Meanwhile, the JV with Proreka was formalised in July and a high volume manufacturing facility is currently being established in Malaysia, while WA activities have been streamlined to R&D and low volume production, with a significant reduction in related costs, and distributors/sales agents have been appointed in Asia, North and South America, Aus & NZ. What's not to like about this company?
