re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... Why would Mr Market be impressed. Directors stated company would make net profits from March 2011. If anyone is keen on more shares, including directors, all they need to do is take up the shortfall at 2c. There's enough to go around. Doesn't make sense to buy on market for more than 2c. Unless of course it's a bid to prop up the price so others take it up?
