I reckon Adrian was stood over(by Michael) as Michael bought a short while ago and now it's Adrian's turn. I suspect both Directors are smiling and believing that their YES vote resolution will get them over the line and that 23c will close to a given by Xmas...........nice profit of 25%

The possibility that not much consideration has been given to the NO VOTE could very well surprise. Never underestimate those that get pushed in corner or those that are perceived to being swindled.

I hope they make their profits but they need to work for it and adopting performance bonuses as proposed is ludicrous and should never be allowed
