Mr Hackett not have any other assets to sell to meet taxation obligations for making too much money on which other business activities and will he need to pay any capital gains tax on his selling his 7 million shares? and rebalance his portfolio into what? Is this a requirement of any super fund to sell a winner to invest in something maybe not so good.? A better explanation should be given imo.
