Cause these guys are wealthy, so if they truly see a buying opportunity, I expect buys that reflect their wealth , not amounts that small retail traders could be making
I've seen directors buy small insignificant amounts like this right before the price drops off a cliff, I rarely see them drop 400k$ on a stock then have it drop
