There have been a few studies done on stocks performance with insider ownership and insider buying. The one I was talking about was from the 1950s to the 1990's.
They all prove, which common sense would assume that insiders with skin in the game know more than us and will invest in companies that are going to dramatically outperform.
Since Alex has bought and Jerko has increased his ownership to become the largest shareholder of AGY...The stock had bottomed and started up.
There's no reason to assume AGY won't keep going up.
