A quick check at the Pakistan currency over the last 5 years vs the appreciation of Zameens revenue in that same period, may shed some light on the quality of this business from a very recent history point of view. Then it becomes a question of will history repeat itself? I hope so, if that’s the growth!
If I’m buying Pakistan real estate, I’m using Zameen all day. And there will be a lot of real estate transactions in Pakistan using this market place.
Perhaps the South American conglomerate is almost justifying the market cap of FDV (soon enough?).
Not sure, very interesting business model playing out in far off places. I see the upside / MOAT myself.
