I would guess that 'partnering' is MRR providing access to their tenements and the larger producer/or alike would fund drilling and all expenses however would take a majority stake in the tenements on term of what they produce.
Some big players around MRR so that could be interesting....
Also means MRR would not require additional funds for drilling, reduces dilution for shareholders and means current cash can be used for other projects.
Provides expansion and scale opportunities.
