so Scott G was tapped on the shoulder only days ago and AN1 (virtual subsidiary of HNG) has a GM promptly convened by the new CEO. Who knows what the meeting is for? Is it price sensitive?

At least the HNG board would have knowledge coincidentally only a short period after its Chair topped up his interest in AN1.
