Yes he has bought a lot but that's not the point.
What he did with the selling was illegal if a wash trade, in any case was against the company's stated policy, he was evasive with the truth to his shareholders (cloaking the selling in some buying to try to cover it up and then stated 'Nil' to the number of shares disposed which was a lie), it's given the stock a bad taste and he's lost my trust.
Personally I like directors of companies in which I invest a sizeable amount of my portfolio to be upfront and truthful and put shareholder interests foremost.
