Why is he churning and trading? Tier 1 management buys their fill and gets on with the job to bring this to production, not gives their trading account a workout.
Honestly he's got an opportunity with this asset and he still bought a shit tonne on market. He doesn't need to do these really dodgy things, just really poor form. Buy your shares then do the work.
